Chef Angel Lopez spent the last decade honing his skills in the culinary arts. He played his part in the opening of many popular restaurants in Las Vegas including: Hells Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, Sadelles by Mario Carbone, Elio by Enrique Olvera along with many others.
Angel Lopez makes his debut as an executive chef introducing a modern, central American inspired, fine dining experience. The chef has a true passion for cooking and lives to see his guests enjoying his food.
